TFR Technologies Acquired By TriQuint Semiconductor

TFR Technologies, a company that develops and manufactures frequency control devices using proprietary thin film resonator technology, has been acquired by TriQuint Semiconductor (NASDAQ: TQNT) in a cash transaction. Deal information is available at the TriQuint Semiconductor website. the transaction close is expected January 2005.

TFR Technologies is a privately-held company located in Bend, Oregon.
